Director

Endurance is a Director at Kevron. He is a COREN registered Engineer with B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri and MSc in Environment, Health and Safety Management from University of Portsmouth, UK.

He has previously worked at Jagal Nigeria Limited, Julius Berger Nigeria PLC and Weco Systems International and has over 15 years’ experience across various sectors.

He has strong technical ability including planning and managing corporate objectives and programmes. He also has experience in key areas such as: audits, inspection, fire prevention engineering, incident investigation, behavioural safety programs, safety engineering standards, safety management system development and implementation.

HONFOR MINAPO PETER GRADIOSH, PIEMA, MPMI, LEHO

Head, Environmental Management & Sustainability Consultancy Services

Peter Honfor is an OSH / Environment and Sustainability Professional. He started his career with Lagos State Government. His service was transferred to the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) Abuja where doubled as Integrated Vector Manager and Assistant Coordinator of Roll Back Malaria Program. Later, he became Head of OSH Unit in the FCTA.

He was appointed Pioneer Coordinator/Mentor of Environmental Health Graduate Interns employed by the Federal Ministry of Finance under the Subsidy Re-investment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P). He retired VOLUNTARILY as an Assistant Director while accepting an appointment with Qatar University as Safety Officer.

During his career in the civil service, he participated in the attainment of the approval of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 for the operations of Qatar University; organized a standing OSH Technical Working Group for the FCTA, and OSH Desk Office in each of the Secretariats, Departments, and Agencies (SDAs) under FCTA and coordinated the conduct of baseline survey and categorization of workplaces within FCT.

He is a trained project management professional with specialization in the conduct of Strategic Environmental Assessment, Audit, and Impact Assessment; Project Safety Management and; Integrated HSE Management System.

He holds Diploma for Public Health Superintendents, Bachelor of Environmental Management and Toxicology (B.EMT) from University of Agriculture, Abeokuta and MSc. in OSH from University of Turin, Italy.

He is licenced with Seal to practice by Environmental Health Officers’ Registration Council of Nigeria. He is a Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, and Project Management Institute. Also, a Volunteer Member of the Nigerian Red Cross Society.

Peter Honfor is a result-oriented individual who inarguably contributes to the attainment of strategic corporate objectives and the overall growth and development of his employers/clients.

BIDEMI ADETUTU, FCA, ACTI

Non-Executive Director

Bidemi is a Chartered Accountant. She is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). She has extensive knowledge and experience in the Accounting profession having worked for over 17years.

She holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the then Ogun State Polytechnic, now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic

ENGR. EMEKA ILOEGBUNAM, MNSE

Non-Executive Director

Emeka Iloegbunam is a Non-Executive Director at Kevron Consulting Limited and presently Director of Operations at UnionGate Nigeria.

Emeka is a COREN Registered Petroleum Engineer and holds a Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering from University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, Masters of Science in Petroleum Engineering from University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Enugu State University.

Emeka has strong operations experience across different industries including process / oil & gas, construction and energy sector. Prior to his appointment as Non-Executive Director at Kevron, he was Head, HSE & Emergency Response at Nigeria LNG Limited, Operations Coordinator- Utility Systems and Common Facilities, NLNG, Coordinator- Commissioning & Started Up (LNG Train 6), Operations Advisor at Shell Global Solutions, Operations Supervisor (LNG & Utility Systems) and was instrumental in implementing a corporate –wide risk management and business continuity management programme for NLNG.

Emeka is currently Director of Operations at UnionGate Nigeria (a division of UnionGate Investment Corporation). He is also a top expert on various HSE aspects in the Energy sector, as well as a strong leader with drive for excellence. Some of his skills includes: Commissioning, Safety Management, Process Safety, Energy, Risk Management, Project Planning, HAZID, Operations Management, Business Development and Training etc.

SAMSON MARTINS, MBA

Non-Executive Director

Samson sits as a Non-Executive Director at Kevron. He has his MBA from Glamorgan University and also has in-depth knowledge and experience in both onshore and offshore HSE project management.

His experiences include Training Advisor at Pacific Int’l Drilling West Africa Limited, HSE Coordinator at Nigerdock FZE, Martsie Power and Control Engineering, and Willmott Dixon Housing Limited, UK. He has also previously worked at Provast Limited (Panther Investment and Shell Nigeria Closed Pension Fund Administrator, Joint Venture).

He is highly skilled in development of safety management system with a proven track record of successfully improving performance, and achieving compliance with regulations.

Samson has been involved in various projects including being seconded to 7th Generation Pacific Khamsin ultra deep water drill ship on Chevron Operated Agbami Oil field Nigeria and TOTAL E&P Ofon Phase 2 Project (EPCC 2 & EPCC4) to support the implementation of HSE standards and procedures in compliance with Nigerdock HSE management system and OFON Phase 2 Project construction phase HSE plan.

He also worked on Siemens Geregu II Gas Turbine Onshore Power Project to manage the environmental, health and safety aspect of the project.
